Pharmacokinetics and ADMET of the new therapeutic tools; safety of the targets
In WG4 we run the pharmacokinetic and ADME-toxicology evaluation of synthetic and natural compounds and their formulations, which were developed by WG2, correlated with the therapeutic targets identified by WG1 and tested for their efficacy by WG3. We will use a broad series of in silico, in vitro and in vivo assays. The overall aim is the safety assessment of the hitting therapeutic targets identified by WG1.
