STRATAGEM (“us”, “we”, or “our”) is a network dedicated to scientific collaboration, complementing national research funds, under the umbrella of  the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST).  STRATAGEM operates the https://stratagem-cost.eu website (“Service”).
